All – I have updated the website with the one presentation I have received for tomorrow’s meeting, along with the agenda and the working PAR, CSD responses, and objectives.’ Our presentation addresses at least one key question of our objectives – what latency is important. Please pay attention to the ‘Big Ticket Items’ slide on the agenda – it outlines the decisions we need to make as a study group complete our task.
Study Groups exist only for 6 months, and are authorized from plenary to plenary. Our study group was authorized at the July plenary, so our time is expiring. While we can request an extension, we need to show substantial progress on our
task. Hopefully discussion tomorrow will help us reach some consensus on reach, rates, and the defining characteristics of the proposed project. Meeting information can be found at
