HI Everyone,

As the 2024 July IEEE 802 Plenary Session is quickly approaching I have enclosed a few  notes to support any last minute Registration, Reservation or Entry activity.

Please review the enclosed information and contact Face to Face Events directly (802info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) if you have any questions or concerns about your registration and or participation in the session.

Registration Dates and Deadlines

  • Standard Registration Rate Deadline: Friday June 28, 2024. 

  • Cancellation Refund Deadline: Friday June 28, 2024

    • $US150.00 Cancellation Fee Applies

Entry to Canada - Visa Application


Application for entry documentation is a personal matter. Outside parties such as the IEEE Standards Association and Meeting Planners (Face to Face Events) are not permitted to inquire or advocate directly on behalf of any applicant. 


However, if you completed the Letter of Invitation portion of the registration form and provided consent we have already submitted your name to the IRCC as a registered attendee for the 2024 July IEEE 802 Plenary Session, an event officially recognized by the IRCC. 


As an officially recognized event the IRCC has assigned a code to ensure that your application is properly categorized and processed in a timely manner. This code was included in the Letter of Invitation that was issued to you following your registration for the session.


If you have not received your Letter of Invitation email, please ensure that:

  1. You are registered as an InPerson attendee.

  2. You have a valid email address in your registration profile.

  3. You have completed the Letter of Invitation portion of the registration form.

  4. You have checked the consent box to issue your information to the IRCC. 


If you need to make adjustments to your profile return to the event site and login by selecting the ‘Already Registered’ button.
