Note that early-bird registration ends the Friday of the September 802.3 Interim week (in Hamburg – the interim itself ends on Thursday, so for some of you that Friday may be a travel day – don’t procrastinate).
I don’t yet know which days 802.3dg will meet during the September interim, but if we are successful with our plans for a joint meeting with 802.3da in September, I think November will probably also be a joint
meeting spanning 1.5 days.

Registration Fees Discount
Registration fees for the 2024 November IEEE 802 Plenary Session shall be discounted by $US 300.00 for attendees who stay 3 or more nights at the IEEE 802 Group Hotel, the Hyatt Regency Vancouver.
Example: Discounted Early Registration would be $US 300.00.
Reservations must be completed and a confirmation number entered when completing registration in order to receive the discounted rate.

In the event a Meeting attendee who has reserved a room within the Room Block checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, the Hotel shall charge an early departure fee of one night charge.

* When the block is sold out or the October 23, 2024 deadline has passed market rates will apply.
