[802.3_SPEP2P] website update, index update

All – I have uploaded our editor’s report, the ad hoc minutes from 10/24 (Mary Sue Haydt’s ad hoc on power), and an updated excel index file for your use.

I do not expect to be approving the ad hoc minutes at our meeting this week, but please look them over for additions and corrections while the meeting is still reasonably fresh in your mind.
