[802.3_SPEP2P] Reminder - March 2025 plenary early registration ends friday!

Please see registration information below from the meeting planner.  802.3dg is planned to be Wednesday PM and Thursday AM.  We should be meeting on our own (not a joint meeting).

HI Everyone,

 

This is a reminder that the Early Registration Deadline for the 2025 March IEEE 802 Plenary Session is Friday January 31, 2025.

 

If you plan to participate in the session and have not already registered we encourage you to do so at your earliest convenience.

Plenary Session Details

·  Dates: March 9-14, 2025

·  Venue: Hilton Atlanta, 255 Courtland Street NE, Atlanta, GA, USA

·  Participation Opportunities: In-Person and Virtual 

Participating Working Groups: 802.1, 802.3, 802.11, 802.15, 802.18, 802.19, 802.24

 

Registration & Session Information

Registration Fees:

·  Early: $USD 600.00, until January 31, 2025

·  Standard: $USD 800.00 after January 31, 2025 until February 28, 2025

·  Late: $USD 1000.00, after February 28, 2025

·  Student: $USD 100.00

Registration Discount

·  Attendees with reservations for three or more nights at the IEEE 802 Group Hotel, the Hilton Atlanta [book.passkey.com], will receive a $USD 300.00 discount on their registration fee.

·  Hotel Confirmation number must be entered at time of registration or sent directly to the Meeting Planner at register@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

·  Full Refund: Cancellations received by January 31, 2025, will receive a full refund.

·  Partial Refund: Cancellations received after January 31, 2025, and by February 28, 2025, will be charged a $150.00 Cancellation Fee.

·  No Refund: Cancellations after February 28, 2025, will not be refunded.

 

Change Registration Type: If you need to change your registration type (In-Person or virtual), please contact register@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx before Friday, February 28, 2025.
