Note – I have heard that some of you are trying to decide on registering for the Madrid meeting, and the deadline is today. It might help to have some schedule information. Because of local customs, meeting
times are a little different for this meeting. From the 802 Executive Secretary’s report, please see the schedule below (note it has items for 802 as well… IETF will be meeting the week prior to 802 (July 19-25) in the same venue):
Note: 802 LMSC Opening is 08:00-10:15 CET
802 LMSC Closing is 13:00-18:00 CET As far as the schedule for 802.3dg, 802.3da, and 802.3dm, the preliminary schedule has 802.3dg/802.3da meeting Monday PM and Tuesday AM, followed by 802.3dm. 802.3dg is hoping to ask for initial working
group ballot at the closing 802.3 plenary on Thursday afternoon. 802.3da either will already have entered initial SA ballot (we have conditional approval), or will be asking to go to initial SA ballot out of the closing plenary. 802.3dm is still working
to select baseline proposals. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
