[802.3_SPEP2P] FW: [STDS-802-3] IEEE P802.3dg 100 Mb/s Long-Reach Single Pair Ethernet 1st IEEE 802.3 Working Group recirculation ballot results

FYI - please see the announcement of the ballot results below.  I expect to be posting the plenary meeting times to the reflector and webex to the calendar site later this week.  It is possible we may have some extra time at the Bangkok meeting if 802.3da does not need it.

Dear Colleagues,

The 1st IEEE 802.3 Working Group recirculation ballot of the amendment IEEE P802.3dg 100 Mb/s Long-Reach Single Pair Ethernet closed successfully on 23rd October 2025. The ballot exceeded the required 75% for consensus to approve the draft. The November 2025 IEEE P802.3dg Task Force plenary week meeting <http://www.ieee802.org/3/interims/index.html> will consider the 204 comments submitted and determine changes to the draft as appropriate. The comment database has already been announced on the IEEE P802.3dg Task Force reflector and available at <https://www.ieee802.org/3/dg/comments/Unsats_IEEE_P802p3dg_D2p0_ID_24Oct2025.pdf>.

The ballot statistics are:

 250 Voters
 141 Approve
   8 Disapprove 
  31 Abstain
 180 Ballots returned

  72% Response Rate (> 50% required)
  17% Abstain Rate (< 30% required)
  94% Approval Rate (>= 75% required)
