[802.3_SPMD] Straw Poll about DPLCA (friendly reminder)

Hello 802.3da,
I have received a few answers to this straw poll, along with some very good feedback.
However, it would be important for making progress in the next meeting to get everyone's opinion, even if this is an abstain. So I would kindly ask you to please provide a feedback if you didn't already.
