All, please see the reminder below regarding the registration deadline for the November 802 Plenary meeting. Early registration ends next week, after which the fee moves from $75 to $125.

Colleagues,

As has been previously announced, there is a meeting registration and fee payment requirement in order to attend the November IEEE 802 virtual plenary. Please see the information below, and note that the early registration deadline is next week on 21 October. If you have any issues with registration or fee payment, please contact the meeting planner (contact information below.)

REGISTRATION REMINDER

IEEE 802 Electronic Plenary Session
November 5-19, 2021

Issued: Wednesday October 4, 2021

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the November 2021 IEEE 802 Plenary will be held electronically.  
Participating Working Groups: 802.1, 802.3, 802.11, 802.15, 802.18, 802.19,802.24

REGISTRATION FEES & DEADLINES

Early Registration:  Until Thursday 11:59 PM UTC October 21, 2021
$US 50.00 for all attendees

Standard Registration:  Until Friday 11:59 PM UTC November 5, 2021
$US 75.00 for all attendees

Late Registration:  After 11:59 PM UTC Friday 11:59 PM UTC November 5, 2021
$US 125.00 for all attendees

REGISTRATION FEE POLICY

An individual who attends any portion of a technical meeting that is part of an IEEE 802 LMSC plenary session must pay the registration fee.

Registration Fees are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

SCHEDULED SESSIONS
Meetings will take place between November 5-19, 2021.
