All – I have incorporated the changes noted in the discussion today (see the 01a version that Chad posted for a list of what I captured), and am preparing a new draft for consideration at the May meeting with those changes. If you were one of the people who said they planned to contact me with comments, I would appreciate that you let me know ASAP, and I will privately forward you an early version of the comments so far.

If you DO plan to make some suggestions, please let me know by end of day tomorrow (Thursday), as I plan to be working on this on Friday. Also, please get me your comments by Monday morning (8 May) pacific time. That way I can incorporate them and get them to Chad in time for the group to carefully consider them.
