Chad and Michael – thank you for this.

I noticed that the agenda (slide 2) has comment resolution ahead of presentations.  I would like to take Michael’s presentation first, since it relates to how we resolve the only technical comments.  This might be clearer if we amended the agenda, since the presentation is listed later in the deck.
