[802.3_SPMD] Announcing off-cycle interim and deadlines

All, it was pointed out that the extra information I put after the reminder in the email below might have led some to skip reading the rest of the message. I’m resending to make sure I call attention to the meeting announcement and deadlines I laid out in the second paragraph, copied here for your convenience:

I am announcing my intent to hold an off-cycle interim meeting for comment resolution on 14 January 2025 from 1600 - 1900 UCT (11am – 2pm ET US). Some of the comments have referenced contributions in the proposed resolution. I will need those contributions with enough time to post and allow for TF member review, so I am announcing a deadline of 8 January 2025 23:59 AOE as the deadline. This will allow me to get the items posted on 9 Jan and give the TF a few days to review the material.

Subject: Reminder about ballot and deadlines

Reminder that the first WG ballot is open on IEEE P802.3da with a ballot deadline of Tuesday 17th December 2024 23:59 AOE (one week from today). Ballot notice can be found here: https://www.ieee802.org/3/SPMD/email/msg00670.html.

At this point, we have received enough comments to make a pre-interim week comment resolution meeting worthwhile.

I will add the meeting to the call and meeting calendar shortly.
