[802.3_PDCC] PDCC website updated, information regarding next Ad Hoc meeting

All, I have updated the website with material we will review in the next meeting scheduled for Wednesday Feb 16, 2022. WebEx link for convenience: https://cisco.webex.com/cisco/j.php?MTID=m104938e142727c19675c55e5bba3b3ca

list of additions:

on the public page in the Feb 16 area, you will find a ‘Liaison draft reply for review’. I have taken the comments compiled in the liaison letter assigned to us over the past few PDCC meetings and transcribed them to a Word document, trying to clean up the text. Please take some time to review this and offer modifications to me via email before the next meeting. This will be our first work item in the next meeting.

In the K.147 private page I have updated one document and added two new ones:

The updated doc is the first hyperlink on the page, the PDCC markup of the newest version of K.147. I haven’t made it very far in the document and have just one comment. Please review and provide feedback before the next meeting.

The second hyperlink is the resolved comments document from the K,147 group. This is unchanged.

The third hyperlink is a new document where I used word to compare the Jan 2022 version of K.147 to the July 2021 version, showing the changes made.

The fourth hyper link is a new document where I took the PDCC markup of the July K.147 document and added the replies from K.147 inline to the comments.

We made a lot of comments and it’s been a while. All of this is intended to help speed your review of the new version. Discussion of the new version will be the second work item in the next meeting.

There is a lot to cover, it will be a challenge to get this done in time for the March Plenary and craft a reply. Independent review outside of the meeting will help expedite the process. I encourage you to review and provide me feedback so I can have it in one document for the next meeting.
