My personal view is that it is kind of rude to communicate from leader's machines to member's machines without including the human target in the loop. To that end, when you send out a meeting notice in the future please include the schedule information about the meeting in the text body of the e-mail. Us humans would like to be able to parse what is going by, at least I would. Thank you very much.
