[802.3_NGECDC] Announcement - Straw Poll Results EMS CFI Consensus Meeting (22 July)

All,

I met with David Law after today’s IEEE 802.3 NEA Meeting, and we reviewed the results of the straw poll taken.

The second straw poll read –

If formed, will you participate in this Study Group?

The results are 40 individuals from 26 different affiliations responded yes.

These results will be entered into today’s meeting minutes and presented by Dave Ofelt at the IEEE 802.3 July 2025 Closing Plenary.
