EARLY BIRD GROUP RATE: $169/Night (plus 14% applicable taxes)*
*Early Bird Rate will apply until 50% of the IEEE 802 Room Block is reserved, after such time the regular group rate will apply so please book early to ensure receiving the discount rate.
Rate applies to Single/Double Occupancy Run of House Rooms.
Extra Adults (>2) are an additional $20/Night (plus applicable taxes).
Regular GROUP RATE: $179/Night (plus 14% applicable taxes)*
*AFTER 50% of the IEEE 802 Room Block is reserved or January 28th, 2012, whichever comes first, the regular group rate will apply, so book early to ensure receiving the discount rate.

Registration Policy:
Session Registration: Registration is available through a secure website and requires a valid credit card for payment of the registration fee; checks are NOT accepted for web-registration.
Any individual who attends any part of a meeting that is a scheduled part of an 802 Plenary Session must register for the full session.
Session registrations are not transferable to another individual or to another plenary session.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
In order to obtain a refund of all or part of the fees paid you must request cancellation of your registration before the deadline.

Group Hotel Registration Discount Policy:
The March 2012 802 Plenary Registration Fee will be discounted by $300 US for attendees booking & staying one/more nights at the 802 contracted hotel: Hilton Waikoloa Village. Attendees who elect to share accommodations must ensure that all members of the rooming party are listed on the hotel register before arrival or upon check-in at the hotel so that their hotel stay can be verified by the hotel. Please note: repayment of the $300 US discount will be required onsite if an attendee’s hotel stay cannot be verified by the hotel.
