The Hilton Walt Disney World is currently Sold-Out, however they are keeping a wait-list. Typically 10-15% of 802 room reservations are cancelled during the week before the meeting, so if you do want to stay at the Hilton, it would be a very good idea to call them and put your name and number on their "IEEE-802 Wait-List".
We have arranged for additional rooms at the Wyndham Palace Resort and Spa in the Walt Disney World Resort. The Wyndham is conveniently located next to the Hilton, and an easy walk (10 min).
