[BP] channel model ad-hoc
We will be holding a meeting of the channel model ad-hoc:

especially:
1. Crosstalk Specification and tying it to Interference Tolerance.
2. Channel Return loss specification.
I intend to send a list of un-resolved comments to 69.3 sometime
between now and the meeting time.
Contributions in the form of proposed responses or presentations
are more than welcome: this is a contirbution driven process.
