[802.3_NGEPON] Contribution submission guidelines

I would like to remind the submitters that, in the online submission form, the email address shall be the presenterâ??s address. Also, the filename shall include the presenterâ??s last name. Please, refer to file naming conventions on this page: http://www.ieee802.org/3/ca/3ca_presentproc.shtml. It is generally expected of the authors to also be the presenters. But if you would like to give co-authorship credit to someone else, please do so in the presentation, not in the online submission form.

 

Other reminders:

1)      use all lower case letters in the filename.

2)      File index (1,2,3..) shall not include leading zeroes.

 

Thank you. Following these guidelines will expedite the availability of the submissions on the 802.3ca website.
