Dear colleagues, 

I have not received any additional comments and request for an extra meeting. I would still like, if granted by the Chair, an opportunity to go over the deck once again and confirm whether there is sufficient consensus to move forward with development of the necessary changes to MPCP and PCS clauses to accommodate the proposal.
