Curtis, Attached please find the first run through MPCP Clause and changes needed to support the Sync Pattern advertisement. All changes from baseline text we have right now are marked in red for simpler analysis. Changes to PCS Clause are still pending but will be rather limited to burst size structure and parameter definitions. These will be done for the next call. Right now I would like to focus on MPCP changes. I will likely need ~30 minutes to go over this material. Any advance comments would be welcome. Thank you !
