Here is the updated version with after comments from Duane. Some comments / observations:

I will leave figures in, as requested on the calls – there were comments asking for showing both discovery burst structure as well as 2/3 zone structures;
As far as “56 257” is concerned – current published standard has many similar numeric references and they have gone unmodified through several balloting cycles. I do not see any issue with it, to be honest.

Attached please find the updated deck from today’s call, including all changes needed to address comments received. Now that we have tentative consensus and no new open technical concerns were raised I will update the Frame source for MPCP and PCS clauses and share them on the reflector in the coming days for preview and discussion on the next call.
