o    Glen Kramer read the Call for Potentially Essential Patents – no responses were received.

·         Gain Control of SOA Preamplifier (D. Umeda)

·         ER Dependency of APD Receiver Sensitivity (D. Umeda)

·         Early View of PCS State Diagrams (G. Kramer/D. Remein)

·         Deadlines:

o    Contribution deadline for requesting time on the agenda and draft PDF files: Monday, May 14, 2018 AoE

It does not appear that Glen and I will have a presentation ready for this afternoons (EDT) call.  I had hoped that we could have something prepared in time for the call but that is not the case.  My apologizes for any inconvenience.
