All,  I added a post-deadline contribution from Duane.  Please, note the new contribution and the contribution from Shan Wey are moved to the morning of Day 2. The idea is that since both of these contributions are related to the PCS clause, we will consider them after completing comments for clauses 1, 31A, 45, 56, and 141, and just before starting clause 142.  This also means that if we finish  clauses 1 through 141 sooner (a total of 75 comments), we will take on these two contributions in the afternoon session of Day 1.  Thank you, -Glen  From: Glen Kramer [mailto:glen.kramer@xxxxxxxxxxxx]  Dear Colleagues,  Curtis asked me to prepare the agenda for the coming meeting.
