[802.3_NGEPON] Cl 45 Table 45–177—PCS control 1 register bit definitions

Does anyone think we need to duplicate the speed settings in Table 45-177 that we talked about for PCS type settings in Table 45-180

(i.e., add 10/-, 25/0, long with 25/10 and 25/25 already proposed)?
