[802.3_CU4HDD] [IEEE 802.3 CU4HDD] - Whistler, Canada, Interim Meeting Agenda and Deadlines

CU4HDD Task Force:

 

Here is the agenda and deadlines for the CU4HDD meeting in Whistler, on Tuesday, May 24 and Wednesday, May 25.   We will be meeting from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, local time.

 

Whistler Agenda:

* Contributions and Presentations - involving but not limited to:

       new text, new naming conventions, simulation results to modify existing numbers or TBDs, etc.

            Deadlines for contributions to this meeting:

           Contribution requests are due: Friday May 14th

           Final Contributions are due: Tues May 17th

 * Comment Resolution. (Review period has already started - see close of review below.)

           Reminder: Draft Review for 0.5 ends  Sunday, 15 May 2016, 11:59 pm AOE (Anywhere on Earth).

Don’t forget we have two more Ad Hoc meetings on the Apr 28th and May 5th, where we can continue draft work and any new proposals. Please send your proposals to me.
