To ‘unroll’ the spreadsheet for better statistics, copy the last row and duplicate it (I worked with ~300k rows) . For 300k rows, calculation time will be a second r two. Dear all, On today’s 25G SMF ad hoc, I presented MPI penalty for a matrix of connector combinations. I’d like to seek information on the connector combinations which are of greatest interest for 25GBASE-LR applications. I’ve written a spreadsheet calculator for NRZ MPI penalty, it can accommodate up to 8 reflection interfaces (Tx Rx and 6 connectors), and I’ve modeled combinations of up to four 35dB RL connectors and up to four 26dB RL connectors.
