[802.3_50G] P802.3cd 50 Gb/s, 100 Gb/s, 200 Gb/s Ethernet Task Force July Plenary meeting announcement and call for presentations

Dear Colleagues, 

 

This is a meeting announcement for the P802.3cd 50 Gb/s, 100 Gb/s, 200 Gb/s Ethernet Task Force.  The meetings will be held during the 802.3 Plenary meeting week in Berlin, Germany the week of July 10th -14th, 2017

The P802.3cd Task Force will be meeting on:

• Tuesday – starting right after P802.3bs TF finishes, but no later than 1pm)
• Wednesday – all day
• Thursday morning

 

We will have 2 rooms available on Wednesday in order to run two tracks to get our work done. 

 

As a reminder, the 802.3cd initial Working Group ballot on D2.0 is currently open (closes on June 25^th). Details of the ballot are here. The goal of the meeting will be to resolve all the received comments against D2.0.  Contributions are expected to be focused on supporting any proposed changes included in the comments received.

 

Requests for presentation time shall be made to me at mnowell@xxxxxxxxx  and must be made by EOD Friday, June 30th, 2017.  The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy by Wednesday July 5^th, 2017 (Note: this is delayed from our normal deadline day due to the US holiday – please consider this a hard deadline).
