[802.3_50G] next series of P802.3cd ad hoc calls start February 7

As announced during the interim meeting this week, the next series of IEEE P802.3cd Ethernet Task Force ad hoc calls will resume on an every-other week basis, starting on February 7 @ 8:00 a.m. Pacific.
