[802.3_50G] location of O'Hare BC room

Dear Colleagues,

 

The O’Hare BC room is located up one level from the Grand Ballroom (it is on the same level as the hotel registration desk).  It is located behind the O’H restaurant. 

 

Go down the “dark” hallway to the right of the O’H restaurant; do not turn towards the executive wing.

Mon

8am -10am Grand Ballroom GH

10am-12pm – 802.3 Working Group Opening Plenary

1pm-6pm:

·         Electrical track: Grand Ballroom GH

·         Optical Track: O’Hare BC

(we reserve the possibility to extend into the evening if our work progress requires it)

 

Tues

8am- ~6pm:

·         Electrical track: Grand Ballroom GH

·         Optical Track: O’Hare BC

Note: We will collapse back into one room (Grand Ballroom GH) for closing business when we are able to.  Will definitely happen before we adjourn as that is necessary, but likely after the Optical track finishes its work)
