Dear colleagues,

Following David Law's email announcing the results of the D3.3 recirculation, the comments have been posted here: http://www.ieee802.org/3/cd/comments/index.html 

The posted version is marked as "updated" as it includes a late comment.  As you will see, the primary focus of the remaining working is in the optical specs around the TDECQ/SECQ topics.  

As a reminder, the deadline for presentation requests for the Plenary meeting is this Friday.  It is expected that presentations will be focused on supporting the resolution of the comments.

As a further reminder, we will be meeting starting @ 8am on Monday July 9th on SanDiego.

    The 3rd Sponsor recirculation ballot on the amendment IEEE P802.3cd 50 Gb/s, 100 Gb/s, and 200 Gb/s Ethernet closed successfully on 21st June 2018. The ballot exceeded the required 75% for consensus to approve the draft. The July 2018 IEEE P802.3cd Task Force plenary week meeting <http://www.ieee802.org/3/interims/index.html> will consider the 45 comments submitted and determine changes to the draft as appropriate. The availability of the comment database will be announced on the IEEE P802.3cd Task Force reflector.
    
    An additional comment was received after the ballot closed, this comment will be marked as 'late' in the comment report and will be considered by the IEEE P802.3cd Task Force if, based on a vote if necessary, there is no objection to do so.
    
    The ballot statistics are:
    
     142 Voters
     115 Approve
       9 Disapprove 
       5 Abstain
     129 Ballots returned
    
     90% Response Rate (>= 75% required)
      3% Abstain Rate (< 30% required)
     92% Approval Rate (>= 75% required)
