[802.3_YANG] Use of github to develop 802.3 YANG models

Before the 802.3 YANG task force was setup, we were using a github 
project https://github.com/8023YangDesignTeam/EthernetYang as a place to 
stage the development of the Ethernet YANG models.

If it is OK with everyone, then I would like to continue to use that as 
a staging place for refining the models because it makes it easy for 
everyone to see the current model code, review/make changes, post 
comments, etc.  Does anyone have any objections to this?

If this is still acceptable then there are probably some folks that I 
would need to add to the "8023YangDesignTeam" github organization.  If 
you email me your name and github user-id then I can add you.
