This experimental YANG module is an individual contribution, and

does not represent a formally sanctioned YANG module of IEEE.

The text in ABcu is not universally used. Some 802.1 modules use it and others don’t. I like it, because it makes it clear that the version in the draft folder is not the published standard.

Sorry about the delay. I am not sure why this email is coming to me or what it is you are seeking guidance on exactly. As far as I know the Yang models are not and have never been under an open source license. Has something changed? Do you have a specific question that I can help you with?

The IEEE P1906.1.1 working group is developing a management model for nanoscale communication systems. We will be releasing a draft YANG model to the YANG model repository: https://github.com/YangModels/yang.

I’m thinking it would also be good to release a draft standard document to go with it.

Is there anything we need to do before releasing the draft YANG modules and standard document?
