We would like to give a 7 (ppt, net) page presentation of our use case, if possible.

 

In case we are allowed to proceed, let us please also know to whom, by when and in what format (size, resolution etc.) we should send the presentation.

 

We are new to this and we will make sure to get familiar with the (2) slides you linked below.
