[802.3_10SPE] Adhoc website update

Updates to the ad hoc website prior to this morning’s meeting:

  1. presentation from Bert Bergner & Eric DiBiaso ;
  2. draft text for long reach PHY from Steffen Graber to supplement his presentation.

Following the ad hoc, please review the draft text Steffen has provided, and provide feedback to him.  We expect to be considering significant pieces of it for adoption in Charlotte.
