Colleagues, The schedule for January is available here: http://ieee802.org/3/interims/802_3_jan_0118_R3.htm
You will see that 802.3cg begins Monday morning and ends Wednesday as expected. While we have a start time of 8am listed Monday, expect that business probably will not begin until 8:30 or even 9. When you arrive at the ITU facility,
you will need to get a badge. The registration desk in the ITU opens at 08h00 Monday morning for badge pickup. Attendees who have pre-registered should be able to pick up their badges in a reasonable amount of time. Attendees who register on-site may experience
significant delay. There is no badge pick-up on Sunday. PLEASE pre-register and plan to be in line Monday before 8am to get your badge so that we can get a timely start. Our meetings will be in the CICG conference center and the ITU buildings. If you haven't registered, please do so now to avoid delays. Access to these facilities requires a badge---you will not be able to get in without one. Meetings in the CICG are limited to 08h00 to 18h00; meetings in the ITU can run later, as shown in the schedule. George A.
