The comments received during our Task Force review have been uploaded to the website (http://www.ieee802.org/3/cg/comments/index.html ) Your editorial team has worked hard to propose resolutions to the comments. Please review prior to the meeting – Especially the comments in the “EZ” bucket file – these resolutions will be approved in a single motion at the start of comment resolution. If there are any “EZ” comments you wish to discuss, we will pull them from the “EZ” bucket prior to approving the rest. Please email Valerie Maguire and myself with the comment number to pull. Please use the subject “EZ bucket pull”. Some of you have asked for extensions on sending your presentations. As I indicated, they are due by end of day today AOE. Please get them in. If you need to update a page or two, that’s OK, but please get me something to post by the
deadline. I am currently traveling and at another meeting, and will be in transit from tomorrow evening US Eastern time until late Sunday afternoon in Geneva. Please do not count on my waking up in California tomorrow and sneaking in late – I am not there (I am in the US Eastern time zone).
