The goal of these meetings is to complete the actions assigned to this ad-hoc as part of the resolution to comment 573 to 802.3cg D2.0, specifically:- “Additionally, the chair charters an ad hoc specifically to investigate and propose a recommended solution within the project scope of IEEE P802.3cg to implement the functionality
desired in comment 573 on 802.3cg d2p0 (e.g., at least not requiring a new service interface). The ad hoc will be announced to the 802.3 Working Group community. The ad hoc shall report its progress to the Task Force, and the Task Force shall report this to
the 802.3 Working Group at the November plenary.” Please send requests for presentation time (including title, presenter, approximate time needed) at least 3 days before the meeting time), and send presentations at least 24 hours before
the meeting. Early requests are greatly appreciated. If there are no requests for presentation time, the meetings will be cancelled.
