[802.3_10SPE] LLDP Measurements

Hello CG folks,

If time permits I would like to present the attached contribution today.
Heath Stewart mentioned in his presentation yesterday that adding LLDP measurements would be a good addition.

Luckily 802.3bt developed this already and it can be re-used with minimum changes.

So, what is it and why would you want it ?
LLDP is a data layer protocol which is used to manage the two stations attached to a link.
LLDP measurements is a defined method for a PSE and PD to exchange the measurement of voltage, current, power and delivered energy.
In addition there is a "Power Price Index" field that allows the PSE to indicate the current relative price of electricity.

Kind regards,

Lennart
