OK.  thanks for the heads up and for running this down.

Val – 75 was in the EZ bucket.  We need to exclude it from the EZ bucket and mark it withdrawn.

Please withdraw my comment #75. 

It turns out that the reference 1.4.332 is correct if you look at the 802.3-2018 standard.

I was looking at the 2015 version of the standard.
