All, I’ve been speaking with my event coordinate and have received same good advice on directions. The correct address to arrive at Building 4 is 720 Sycamore. The interim will be at the Analog Devices facility in Building #4, at 1630 McCarthy Blvd., Milpitas, CA 95035. We will start early, at 8am, to get in a full day on Tuesday, so please be there on time.
The agenda will be to review and respond to the comments received on draft 2.3 of IEEE P802.3cg, with the goal to charter the editors to generate draft 2.4, for working group recirculation (which is hoped to be the final recirculation). It is my personal feeling, based on the comments either being repetitive or focusing on nonsubstantive matters of form (some of which editorial staff can correct without comments), that we are nearing the end of the working group ballot’s
usefulness and need to get to the larger IEEE-SA sponsor ballot community. I want to thank you all in advance for reviewing the draft and considering all comments at the interim next week.
