The 4th Standards Association recirculation ballot on the Amendment IEEE P802.3cg 10 Mb/s Single Pair Ethernet closed successfully on 27th September 2019. The ballot exceeded the required 75% for consensus to approve the draft. The 14th October 2019 IEEE P802.3cg Task Force teleconference interim meeting <http://www.ieee802.org/3/interims/index.html> will consider the 3 comments submitted. The availability of the comment database has already been announced on the IEEE P802.3cg Task Force reflector. The ballot statistics are: 138 Voters 112 Approve 8 Disapprove with comment 1 Disapprove without comment 5 Abstain 126 Ballots returned 91% Response Rate (>= 75% required) 3% Abstain Rate (< 30% required) 93% Approval Rate (>= 75% required) Thank you to all that participated in this ballot.
