[802.3_NGAUTO] adhoc website updated - minutes & revised MDI RL presentation

Thank you for good discussion on today’s ad hoc.  The website has been updated with minutes and with a revised presentation from German Feyh based on feedback from today.  We WILL be holding the ad hoc again in 2 weeks to continue the discussion on the issues raised today and hopefully build consensus.
