If memory serves me, .3 opens Monday afternoon, typically from 1-3,
and closes Thursday afternoon, beginning at 1:00. We have all the time
in between, except tutorial and social times. I don't know how many
presentations we'll have nor how much discussion we'll have to guess
how much of this time I expect to use. This is something I'll need to
figure out soon in order to reserve meeting space but I haven't thought
enough about it yet.
