All,

First, I’d like to remind everyone that we have a conference call scheduled for 12:00 – 13:00 (New York time) Thursday Aug 15.

If you have any documents you would like to discuss, please send them to me by noon on Wednesday (Aug 14).

If there are no contributions, then we will put off the meeting.

Second, due to some personnel realignments, Duane Remein is no longer able to be our editor.

Dr. Yuanqiu Luo has agreed to be our new editor. She has been involved with optical access for her whole career.

She has experience in the 802.1AS project, where she was a clause editor, as well as many editorships in ITU-T Q2/15.

She is now in the process of picking up where Duane left off. Due to this disruption, I am afraid that we will not have a Draft 0.3 ready in time for a reasonable review. So, I propose that if anyone wishes to submit comments, you can do so against draft 0.2 (again). Since the previous review cycle comments are posted, you can check there to make sure that your comments are unique. I’m sorry for that.
