[STDS-802-3-NGBIDI] Draft 1.2 is posted

Our editor has been working very hard, and she has produced our draft 1.2.

So, as agreed, we will look for everybody’s comments to be delivered by March 1^st, AOE. 

That will give Yuanqiu a full work week to process and get ready for the meeting.
