[STDS-802-3-NGBIDI] Notes for our meeting tomorrow

All,

I have just uploaded a slight revision to the proposed responses to the comments at our March meeting page. 

The responses to comments 30, 33, and 41 have been modified to reflect an agreement between the individuals that previously submitted comments on those topics.  I’d like to thank Piers Dawe, Adee Ran, and Peter Stassar for putting that together for us.  It will save much time. 

 

To the conduct of the meeting:  We will start at 12:30 UTC.  Given the number of comments, I think we can go through all of them pretty quickly.  We will break at 15:30 UTC, and then resume at 16:30 UTC.   

 

Here is a question for the group: If we finish all the comments in the morning, shall we just close out the meeting?  Please respond to this Email if you oppose. 

If there are any objections to this, I can keep the meeting open until the afternoon session, just to give everybody a chance.
