All, If you look at the resolution to comment R1-11, it states:
“Delete this sentence as this only applies to 10GBASE-S. Note this is in the draft since D2.1. It is an error and we should fix it.”
The first sentence unequivocally states what the resolution is. The second and third sentences are only commentary upon the sentence in question. However, some might get confused and wonder what
these last two sentences are about. Therefore, we will modify the resolution to add a clarification as follows:
“Delete this sentence as this only applies to 10GBASE-S.
(Commentary only, not the resolution:
Note this is in the draft since D2.1. It is an error and we should fix it.)" I am certain that this is the intention of the group, and these changes only clarify that.

Frank, It is R1-11. I can edit the resolution in MyProject. Do you think I can update the last two sentences as: “(Commentary only, not the resolution: Note this is in the draft since D2.1.
