Hi John, This is NOT a good time to hold a meeting of this Task Force, as it overlaps the OIF meeting. Thursday morning is scheduled as a PLL Optical work session, so quite likely to draw exactly the same set of experts you need to have a worthwhile
meeting. P802.3ck completely avoided OIF overlap in their comment resolution sessions, and 802.3 as a whole offset by one week from the general IEEE 802 schedule (so using the notional Bangkok week and the week after) rather than Bangkok and the
week before. Please cancel this session. I think nobody should consider any motion you consider or any material presented during a meeting in this time slot to be valid, as there aren’t that many coherent interface experts, and many of them will be
in a different meeting. I see you’ve canceled the sessions the last two weeks for this task force. Please be proactive and cancel this one, and if anyone has a presentation, ask them to do it a different week when the correct experts would be available.
