To retain your IEEE 802.3 Working Group Voting Membership you must participate in Working Group ballots. You can lose your voting membership for not returning or abstaining, other than abstain for lack of technical expertise, in two of the last three Working Group ballots.

Summary of Member Ballot Return Records may be found at https://www.ieee802.org/3/ballots/index.html.
Please make sure to pay attention to this, as some have lost their voting rights for not meeting this obligation.
